Telephone access to the surgery is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 to 18.30.
The Medical Centre building is open to patients Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30 to 12.30 and 13.30 – 18.00.
If you need to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed, you should contact the ‘Out-of-Hours’ service directly on 111.
Out-of-hours applies from 6.30pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday, all day on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Swansea Local Health Board is now responsible for the out-of-hours service. You can also contact the 111 Service (Previously NHS Direct) for Health Information and Advice 24/7. Visit NHS Direct online at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.

The Minor Injury Unit at Singleton Hospital is open between 8am and 8pm daily. It treats unexpected and urgent minor injuries or illness when you just can’t wait to see your GP.
When the unit is closed please use the Minor Injury Unit at Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Baglan Way. Port Talbot. SA12 7BX.
Alternatively you can contact NHS Wales Direct Wales on 111 for advice.

Emergency Departments (A&E) are for seriously ill or injured patients. These patients are given priority which means patients who have minor illness or injury wait longer. Choose the right healthcare service with www.abm.wales.nhs.uk or www.choosewellwales.org.uk
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
