A message from POBL:   We are interested in finding out if people have been using their outdoor spaces more often and get some feedback on what we can do to help people to keep doing so to improve wellbeing.

What should you do?

Please listen to the Government advice.

Stay home, don't socialise, keep a safe distance from others – only go out for essential reasons, and to work if you are a key worker.

Social Distancing & Shielding

IF you are entitled to a flu jab you are in a vulnerable group and likely to be more at risk of being very ill if you catch the virus therefore you must abide by the social distancing guidelines.

Some people will be more vulnerable and fall in the shielding category.  The Government will be sending letters to these people.

Please do not call us about this, our lines are exceptionally busy.

Absence notes

We will not provide sick papers if you have to self-isolate, you can obtain a self-isolation note online – click here.

We will now only be taking requests for repeat prescriptions online.

You must register, just call the surgery and we will set you up.

You will need an email address.

You will have to nominate a Pharmacy that is able to collect from the surgery via delivery drivers. If you choose any local WELL chemist or Treboeth Pharmacy, prescription collections are daily. For other pharmacies Boots/Tesco etc you should speak to them directly regarding collection/delivery

You must allow 72 hours before collection, and collect at your nominated pharmacy.

WELL Pharmacy opening times are now between 10.00-11.45am and 2.00-5.00pm

These are extreme circumstances and precaution is being taken for your safety, and the safety of our staff so that we can maintain services.  Health services are under severe pressure and will be for some time as the pandemic progresses.  Health workers at all levels are working extremely hard.
