Aims and Responsibilities

Please help us by:

    • Letting us know if you cannot keep or no longer require an appointment as soon as possible.  

    • Ordering your medication in advance. 

    • Appreciating that sometime patients require more time with a doctor than others, especially with more complex cases.

    • Notifying us of a change of address, telephone number or mobile number.

    • Treat all Doctors, Nurses and staff with courtesy and respect.  The practice will not tolerate violence or abuse towards anyone at the Practice.   In such cases the patient will be removed from the Practice register immediately and advised to find an alternative healthcare provider.

    • Respect the concept of an emergency appointment.

We will:

    • Aim to provide the best possible service.

    • Ensure that you are dealt with professionally and courteously.

    • All patient information is kept confidential.

    • Ensure complaints are dealt with via our complaints procedure.
